Fine-Blend® SAG-002 can improve thermal stability and phase state of PC/ABS, and improve compatibility and mechanical properties of ABS/PBT, ABS/PET alloys, PBT/ASA/GF etc. And it makes the bulk ABS and its alloy system has excellent anti-yellowing properties as a thermal-oxygen stabilizer.
Mechanism and Advantage
SAG-002 is a reactive compatibilizer with middle epoxy content and higher reaction activity. By reactive compatibility, SAG-002 optimizes the dispersed phase morphology and the refine phase domain role by reducing the interfacial tension of polyester alloy materials and the dispersed phase domain, significantly improving the toughness of the material and avoiding adverse ester exchange reaction.
