As the year drew to a close, the annual team building event for Fine-Blend's R&D and Marketing Department arrived as scheduled. This year, the department selected Harbin, a premier winter tourism destination, for the team building trip. Harbin, the veritable "Ice City," shines like a brilliant pearl set in the northern frontier of our motherland, attracting countless visitors with its unique ice and snow charm—it is truly a paradise for winter enthusiasts.
From November 27 to 30, 2025, the Fine-Blend R&D and Marketing Department embarked on a long-awaited team building journey. The event aimed to strengthen team cohesion, enrich employees' leisure lives, and foster a vibrant team atmosphere.
At 7:00 PM on November 27, the team arrived at Harbin Taiping International Airport on a China Eastern Airlines flight. Despite the biting northern cold, everyone's excitement instantly dispelled the chill, and bright smiles lit up every face.

During the three-day itinerary, team members immersed themselves in the local customs and culture. They strolled along Central Street, soaking in the historical charm of the century-old boulevard; paused at the Flood Control Monument to commemorate the resilient spirit of Harbin's people in fighting floods; entered Saint Sophia Cathedral to appreciate the solemn majesty of this historic architecture; wandered along the Songhua River to admire the magnificent frozen expanse; visited the Harbin Grand Theatre to experience the seamless fusion of modern architecture and art; ventured to the Harbin Siberian Tiger Park to witness the majestic presence of robust Siberian tigers in their icy domain; and headed to the Yabuli Sunshine Ski Resort to experience their first-ever skiing, feeling the speed and passion that winter sports bring.

This fulfilling and meaningful team building event has inspired every employee to cherish the good things in life and to devote themselves to their work with renewed enthusiasm, striving to create an even brighter future.
The Harbin team building event represents a significant initiative in Fine-Blend's corporate culture development. Through such activities, the company not only enriches employees' leisure lives but also enhances their sense of belonging and identity.
Moving forward, the company will continue to organize more team building activities, creating greater opportunities for employees to connect and grow, building a more united, progressive, and dynamic team that drives breakthroughs in R&D innovation and creates greater value for society.
