On October 28, 2025, our company successfully hosted a special training session on intellectual property rights and laboratory safety, aimed at comprehensively enhancing the overall quality of laboratory staff, strengthening awareness of intellectual property protection and laboratory safety, standardizing operational procedures, and improving the ability to respond to emergencies. This training was targeted at all staff members of the chemical laboratory, especially researchers engaged in polymerization and grafting experiments. Through systematic knowledge lectures and practical operation demonstrations, the training promoted the safe, efficient, and orderly conduct of laboratory work.     
      The training was held in the R&D Technology Center conference room of our company, featuring a rich and diverse content. In terms of intellectual property rights, the training covered the basic concepts, types, and importance of intellectual property rights, and provided detailed introductions to the application processes, protection measures, and infringement determination criteria for common intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Focusing on the actual work of the chemical laboratory, the training emphasized intellectual property protection strategies for scientific research achievements, including intellectual property management in aspects such as experimental data, technical solutions, and academic paper publication.  
      Regarding laboratory safety, the training provided a comprehensive and systematic lecture on the safety requirements of chemical laboratories, especially for polymerization and grafting experiments. The training content included case analysis of laboratory safety accidents, where real cases were used to analyze the causes of accidents, summarize lessons learned, and enhance safety awareness; the importance of laboratory safety culture, advocating the concept of "safety first, prevention-oriented"; safety operating procedures for polymerization and grafting experiments, with detailed explanations of experimental steps, precautions, and safety protection measures; safe use and management of chemical reagents, covering the classification, storage, use, and waste disposal of hazardous chemicals; and emergency response to unexpected events, including emergency handling of laboratory fires and chemical spills, as well as first aid knowledge for personnel injuries.  
      The successful holding of this special training on intellectual property rights and laboratory safety is a significant reflection of our organization's high emphasis on the comprehensive quality improvement of scientific researchers and laboratory safety management. Through this training, all laboratory staff have reached a higher level in intellectual property protection and laboratory safety, providing strong support for promoting scientific research innovation and ensuring the safety of researchers. In the future, our organization will continue to strengthen relevant training efforts, constantly improve the professional quality of scientific researchers, and ensure the safe, efficient, and orderly conduct of laboratory work.
