On the morning of August 22, 2025, Professor Li Yongjin from Hangzhou Normal University was invited to our company to conduct a technical report exchange on the theme of "Structural Design and High-Performance of Polymer Alloys." The exchange began at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room of Building 1, with all the company's R&D personnel in attendance. Professor Li Yongjin is a renowned scholar in the fields of polymer material processing and polymer condensed state physics at Hangzhou Normal University. During the exchange, Professor Li elaborated on the structural design principles of polymer alloys and the key technologies and latest research findings in achieving high performance. He introduced four technical points with practical cases: coupling of interfacial and phase regulation to prepare high-performance polymer alloys; coupling of interfacial compatibilization and interfacial shape to prepare high-performance polymer alloys; coupling of interfacial compatibilization and kinetic regulation (viscosity) to prepare high-performance polymer alloys; and structural design and performance of micro-yielding and tough polymer alloys. These cases vividly demonstrated how to regulate polymer structures to prepare high-performance polymer alloys, highlighting their advantages and potential development directions in various application scenarios, and bringing cutting-edge academic concepts and technical ideas to the participants. During the interactive session, the company's R&D technicians engaged in lively discussions with Professor Li. They explored technical challenges encountered in the company's polymer material research and development, market application prospects, and possibilities for future cooperation. Drawing on his extensive professional knowledge and practical experience, Professor Li offered many constructive suggestions, providing new ideas and directions for the company's subsequent R&D work. This technical report exchange has to some extent deepened the technical exchange between our company and Hangzhou Normal University, laying a solid foundation for cooperation in the field of research and innovation. The company's leadership expressed that they will use this event as an opportunity to further strengthen industry-university-research cooperation with universities, fully leveraging the research strengths of universities and the industrial advantages of the company to jointly promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the field of polymer materials. This will inject new vitality into the company's development and make greater contributions to the progress of the industry.
