On January 10, 2025, the R&D department of Fine-Blend Company successfully held a year-end annual meeting event with the theme of "Review and Share, Embarking on a New Journey." This annual meeting was meticulously planned and lasted for one day, aiming to create a harmonious, energetic, and positive departmental atmosphere, providing a platform for team members to relax, unwind, and enhance communication.  
      Under the meticulous organization of the R&D Marketing Director, Mr. Tang, and the active participation of all members, the annual meeting event achieved a resounding success. The event was divided into two core sessions: the Annual Review Meeting and the Knowledge Sharing Contest. The Annual Review Meeting thoroughly reviewed the achievements and challenges of the past year, summed up experiences, learned from lessons, and laid a solid foundation for the development of the new year. The Knowledge Sharing Contest, on the other hand, pooled team wisdom, stimulated innovative thinking, and empowered individuals and teams by sharing cutting-edge knowledge and practical experience.  
      In his opening speech at the Knowledge Sharing Contest, Mr. Tang emphasized that this contest was not only a grand event for technical exchanges but also an opportunity for team collaboration and professional growth. The contest set up three major awards: "Outstanding Star Award," "Expert Star Award," and "Interaction Star Award," to recognize team members who excelled in knowledge sharing.       At the end of the event, Deputy General Manager Mr. Duan provided an in-depth summary of the knowledge sharing activities. He pointed out that this event was of great significance, as it not only provided employees with a valuable opportunity to consolidate professional knowledge and broaden research horizons but also injected strong momentum into the innovative development of the R&D department. Through sharing and communication, employees sparked more innovative ideas, bringing continuous creativity and inspiration to Fine-Blend's new product development.  
      In laughter and joy, the annual meeting came to a successful conclusion. Members held up their blessing signs, with their faces radiating their best wishes and eager anticipation for 2025. This precious group photo was not only a commemoration of their hard work over the past year but also a longing for the infinite possibilities of the future.
      The R&D department of Fine-Blend will embark on the new journey of wisdom in 2025 with ambition and hope, hand in hand, striving to create even more glorious achievements.
