At present, China's consumer electronics market, including mobile phones, tablets, and computers, is generally transitioning from the "incremental era" to the "stock era".

Advocating green consumption, achieving low-carbon and green lifestyles, and establishing an efficient recycling system are important guarantees for practicing green environmental protection. Promoting the trade in of consumer goods is one of the important ways to achieve green development.

So, a series of standards for recycling consumer electronic products urgently need to be developed by relevant industry experts. This document was proposed by the Shanghai Society of Plastic Engineering Technology, with Fine-Blend as one of the drafting units. We believe that through the formulation of this standard, post consumer PC/ABS-PCR can achieve high-performance cyclic use, which will contribute to the development of global green initiatives.
