On October 28, 2025, our company successfully hosted a special training session on intellectual property rights and laboratory safety, aimed at comprehensively enhancing the overall quality of laboratory staff, strengthening awareness of intellectual property protection and laboratory safety, standardizing operational procedures, and improving the ability to respond to emergencies. This training was targeted at all staff members of the chemical laboratory, especially researchers engaged in polymerization and grafting experiments. Through systematic knowledge lectures and practical operation demonstrations, the training promoted the safe, efficient, and orderly conduct of laboratory work.
The training was held in the R&D Technology Center conference room of our company, featuring a rich and diverse content. In terms of intellectual property rights, the training covered the basic concepts, types, and importance of intellectual property rights, and provided detailed introductions to the application processes, protection measures, and infringement determination criteria for common intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Focusing on the actual work of the chemical laboratory, the training emphasized intellectual property protection strategies for scientific research achievements, including intellectual property management in aspects such as experimental data, technical solutions, and academic paper publication.
